看了这个岗位职责的具体描述,感觉像是是技术支持、学术推广和市场专员杂合的一个岗位,还想请教诸位这个岗位日常工作职责是什么?
Responsibility
You will be responsible to to assist sales product bidding, visit target clinician, sustaining and effective product information delivery, organize and implement regular market promotion activity, continue to develop KOL system, provide professional product training to distributor, to improve and strengthen the end users’ sense of identity to Roche molecular products so as to apply to more patients.
    Establishing business relationship with specialists in hospitals, conducting irregularly scheduled department meetings, delivering the core value of products and the clinical applications;Organizing and participating regional academic promotion activity, improving clinicians' recognition to the advantage of Roche molecular equipment, increasing clinical applications opportunity, establishing interaction with more KOL(Key Opinion Leader), clinical expert and physician;Providing important data to support sales team to complete product bidding, learning the product related market territory change timely, gathering the competitors' product promotion information, updating product competitive strategy and information;Following the product promotion strategy in marketing department, according to the market condition within the region responsible for, working out, organizing and implementing effective market promotion activities;Visiting clinician to assist distributor to boost reagent promotion and sales;Organizing training for company sales and distributors in order to learn more about the Roche products.

放到药企这个就是区域市场专员的职位,不背指标的,罗诊推广分临床和检验科,这个就是做临床的,所以这个部门下面的人基本都是药厂过来的

售前拜访客户,推广产品,了解意向,培训代理商。售后做装机报告,培训用户,解决问题,参与仪器的室间质评或者性能验证
