近日,浙江大学医学院第一附属医院科研团队在知名学术期刊Advanced Science (IF 17+)上发表题为《A Pathologically Friendly Strategy for Determining the Organ-specific Spatial Tumor Microenvironment Topology in Lung Adenocarcinoma Through the Integration of snRandom-seq and Imaging Mass Cytometry》的学术论文[1]。该研究利用VITA单细胞全长转录组平台对石蜡包埋(FFPE)样本进行单细胞转录组测序,首次揭示了肺腺癌(LUAD)的器官特异性肿瘤微环境(TME)单细胞图谱,为开发器官特异性的治疗方法提供了依据。
